Do you sell whole-bean and ground? What grind size is it?

All Episodes are available Whole Bean or Ground (250g).

Where do you ship?

North America: United States & Canada.

Scandinavia & EU/UK/CH via PostNord, DHL, UPS. Countries listed include Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway*, Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, UK*, and more (special rates/customs apply for Norway & UK).

How fast do you process orders?

Orders are prepared with care and often ship the next business day; North America processing is 1–3 business days.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking number by email; tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

Do you ship to service points?

Yes, when available, you can select a local service point (convenience store/supermarket pickup) at checkout to reduce environmental impact.

What if I don’t collect my package?

Pick up within 7 days. Unclaimed packages are returned; reship at your cost.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Some carriers won’t deliver to P.O. Boxes—use a residential or business address if unsure.

Do you offer free shipping?

No.





RETURNS & REFUNDS

What’s your return policy on coffee?

Since coffee is a fresh food, opened bags can’t be returned. If there’s a quality or damage issue, contact the team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

What about gear, merch, and accessories?

Email hello@coffeetellers.com with your order number; if eligible, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and simple drop-off steps. Refunds are issued when the item reaches the warehouse.

Where are returns processed?

U.S. & Canada: via the U.S. center
Europe & Scandinavia: via the EU hub (For other regions, email before returning.)

Do you refund shipping?

Original shipping isn’t refunded unless we made a mistake. Uncollected packages returned to sender may incur a fee before refund.

Organic methods from sowing to roasting, renewable energy, optimized water use, minimized waste, and roasting at origin to keep more value with growers. Packaging is biodegradable/recyclable.
