SHIPPING POLICY


At Coffee Tellers, we take pride in getting your coffee to you as smoothly and sustainably as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, where we ship, and what to expect when you place an order with us.


ORDER HANDLING

We process all orders as quickly as we can — often the next business day, sometimes even the same day. That said, because we prepare each order with extra care to make sure your coffee arrives in exceptional condition, there may occasionally be a short delay before your shipping confirmation email is sent. Thanks for your patience!

PACKAGING

All our coffees are packed one by one to ensure quality and freshness. We believe in doing things properly, even if it takes a little extra time.

SCANDINAVIA & EUROPE

We ship to most countries in Scandinavia and the European Union using PostNord, DHL, and UPS. You can select your preferred carrier during checkout.

Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway*, Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.*

*Please note: Special rates and customs conditions apply for Norway and the United Kingdom. These will be calculated at checkout.

COLLECTION THROUGH SERVICE POINTS

Whenever possible, we deliver to service points — local convenience stores, supermarkets, or pickup hubs — to reduce our environmental impact. It’s a more efficient way to ship, and you won’t have to worry about missed deliveries. Just pick the nearest service point at checkout. * Note: Depending on your location, this option may not be available.


UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Packages must be picked up within 7 days of arrival at your selected service point. Unclaimed shipments will be returned to us.

  • Want it sent again? We'll just ask you to cover the new shipping cost.
  • Want to cancel the order instead? We’ll deduct SEK 150 / €15 for shipping, return, and admin fees, and refund the rest via your original payment method.


NORTH AMERICA

We ship to most countries in Scandinavia and the European Union using PostNord, DHL, and UPS. You can select your preferred carrier during checkout.

Order Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is received and another when it ships.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking info to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipping, contact us at hello@coffeetellers.com with your name and order number. We’ll sort it out.

 

SHIPPING TO P.O. Boxes

Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If this affects your location, we recommend using a residential or business address instead. Contact us if you're unsure — we’re happy to help.

 

FREE SHIPPING (NOT OUR THING)

We believe in transparency — and that includes pricing. We don’t offer free shipping, because free is never really free. To offer it, we’d need to bake extra costs into the price of your coffee, and that’s not how we do things. Instead, you pay only what shipping actually costs. No more, no less.
